BEbarre 120 Hour Virtual Teacher Training

regarding form

re:form’s keystone teacher training focuses on a functional and integrated approach to the fusion of dance conditioning, Pilates, and yoga. We teach and practice barre fitness as more than a sum of its parts, and encourage our students to develop their teaching skills through this holistic lens. We believe that this is a movement practice for every body.

This 120-hour program will give students an immersive perspective on what makes a barre class dynamic, engaging, and fun. We’ll examine everything from the anatomical foundation of the exercises in our repertoire to the anatomy of a playlist. You’ll be supported and encouraged to think critically and creatively about how to craft a barre class that reflects your unique values and goals as a teacher, while being methodically prepared to teach this highly adaptable modality responsibly.

Designed to prepare you for teaching from the ground-up, this entirely virtual course is appropriate for anyone with an interest in movement and a sense of curiosity.
